When we first met Jaclyn (JJ), we were thinking about waiting to sell our condo after the US Open 2023, however having her finger on the pulse market and showing us that with all our additional expenses (3 storage building, POA dues, postal service PO Box) was not going to be profitable in the end. That night I went home and started packing.
From the very beginning, Jaclyn (JJ) was there to guide every step of the way. From showing us rental properties for temporary housing, referring us to mortgage brokers, to cleaning services and electricians. Every phone call, text message or email was replied to in a timely manner. Even leading up to our closing, JJ still was communicating with us while on vacation with her sister from Paris, France! SHE NEVER MISSED A BEAT!
We have been extremely happy with her services that we have already referred her to our friends to sell their condo!
